Received my order which should have been to sets of underwear. However there was just in package inside. I immediately called but the wait time was insane so I emailed the customer service link. Heard nothing. Repeated this procedure 4 times over 2 weeks until k was credited for half the order. Terrible

I have placed orders for clothes on this website and they have arrived quickly and easily. Customer service is excellent in helping to find solutions. I recommend them to anyone. I loved the sweaters, tight sizes, great material, and cute clothes at a very reasonable price. I will definitely buy again.

This company does not appear to be a real company. They charged my card and then I started receiving suspicious emails from them to provide my billing and shipping address in order for my order to be processed. My response bounced, so I tried their contact form on the website, which also bounced. I then DM'd their Instagram and got a canned auto response that their account isn't monitored. I finally realized the order number in the emails I got doesn't even match the confirmation email order number. I eventually called me credit card company to report as fraud. Something strange is going on with this website, beware.

I'm very impressed with how quickly my products came to me and the quality of the clothes.
I would certainly recommend.

Order of weeks ago not yet fully fulfilled. No follow-up

The first one I ordered ended up getting lost somewhere. Then had to wait the appropriate of days to start a new order.

The socks are not Seattle and cotton. I've had them before I'm very sauce and I didn't pay that much. I want my money back.

Hisroom consistently provides a great online shopping experience. They consistently have the best selection and prices on men's thongs.

I dont know what happened but it took 2 months to get the socks. They did let me know that there was a shipping delay. The product that came was the exact product I ordered and I thank them for that. Its hard to find a place that carries stuff that other stores discontinue and are really the perfect thing. Just glad I got what I needed and again, they communicated the entire time. I did not have to call them or anything.

I ordered 3 pairs of mens pajamas and heard nothing for several weeks. When I inquired about the status of the order, was told it was a wrong address. Checked. Address right. Already billed and paid, but according to my husband it was billed to HERroom. He stopped payment.

Luckily I was looking for a specific item and His Room not only had a great price but even an extra discount that actually paid most of the shipping cost.

Took months and when I called, suddenly the order was delivered. Won't order anything from them again.

Anything Nike is usually over priced so searched for a sale and found one here. Had never ordered before but it went smoothly and the produce was just as listed and arrived quickly

Amazing quality and they look and feel awesome to wear. Turning myself on just cleaning the house wearing them.
Pouch is spot on and I don't have to fold my 🐓 into a pretzel to keep it in there.

I think that says it all. The fact that they also have Zimmerli underwear on sale is a plus for me.

The clothes are very stylish, a very large selection, very low prices. And in general - this is probably the best online store with clothes from those that I have ever used. Thanks for a great job guys!

Fits perfectly, bought a pink one from Andrew Christian, same size, had to have it taken up 2 inches. Glad this one fits great.

The size, fit and color are just right. It is a great buy.

Great product and great prices but delivery took several months. Company should consider partial shipments if some items will take more than one month to be in stock.
