The specialist assigned to me, Chelsea Schroder, was a know-it-all and thought that her way of doing everything was perfect and blamed me when the resume she made for me(like so many other) didn't work. She also kept key information from me regarding online job fairs, none of the job postings from their job board were even real, even though they say that they check the validity of such postings. When I expressed my displeasure with her she became hostile and treated me like an idiot, telling me that her manager would call me after Labor Day and that they weren't working, she wanted to emphasize that "so you don't think I'm keeping anything from you" because she apparently thought i didn't know what labor day was. Her manager never called, i just got an email claiming I was cussing at her and that their boss decided to end my services, even though I asked for a different specialist instead. When we spoke later, the lady told me that they don't assign other specialists. They out of Atlanta Georgia and most opportunities are back east as well, so if you are in the west like me, don't bother.,
