I ordered shoes from this site months ago and havnt recieved them. Ive contacted support heaps of times with no response. Ripped off. You can see on the photo payment failed, then payment successful twice. Still nothing

The website accepted my order, sent order ack, extracted funds when I made payment, failed to respond to 4 inquiries for order and shipment status over 3 weeks. I went through my CC company to dispute transaction and received a refund from my CC bank. Not sure if the bank received $ back from the paypal account this Hi Jordan claims to use.

No stars wasn't an option. They don't deserve the 1 I was forced to give in order to file this warning!
This company is a scam! Luckily, I was fully refunded by PP, who is doing a legal investigation. Not only did I not get the shoes, this sketchy company gave out false tracking info.

They do not disclose that they are in China. They took a extra $8.44 saying it was for the bank fees. Lies. The refused to return my money saying that they would give me something off my next order. I would never order anything from them again. I am so sorry I did not check the reviews of the company before ordering like I usually do. Never again. When the sneakers did arrive they were the wrong color. I ordered pink and gold sneakers Lemonades for my granddaughter for Christmas 2018. The sneakers arrived Dec. 27,2018. They sent me black/white sneakers. Now they will not respond to my emails. They are suppose to send new sneakers if they make a mistake. I plan to find out how I can investigate this company who are scamming people. DO MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

I ordered some all black Nike KD 10s, made the mistake of not looking up the site first. I was charged to my back immediately and noticed there was an additional $9 charge (when shipping was "free"). They failed to answer any of my four follow up emails. The shoes arrived after four weeks, but were KD 12s (and not all black), and based on feel and look of some items, would guess they were fake. My only option now is to request a charge back by my bank.

Bought a pair of Jordans they took my payment and it showed that the payment was pending. About a month later they sent me a key ring! Do not purchase anything from this site they are scammers!

I purchased a pair of supposed real jordan 17's from hijordan. When I pulled up the website they show pics of real jordans. The shoes were cheap so I should have known better, but my husband was looking for this particular shoe as this was the only jordan he didnt have in his collection. I sent off for them. AFTER I paid for them I then found out they were coming from China. This should have been another red flag, but I was hoping they were authentic. Received them today, and they look nothing like the pic they have posted. Went to their website to post a comment. There is actually no place to post one. So I emailed them still havent heard back. Oh well. If youre a TRUE jordan fan and want the REAL DEAL don't expect them from hijordan. Save your money!

Do not order from them, it's a scam to take your money and not send your product! I ordered a pair of shoes, received a fake tracking number that never updated and did not respond to 4 of my emails regarding my requests! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM, FRAUD

hijodan.com is actually a site from China.
I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES FOR RUNNING on 15/06/2020 and even today 08/08/2020 they did not arrive in Romania and they want to transfer my money back, they tell me that for the return the package must arrive back in China and after that they will return my money, as if I am sure that they sent the package. The site is execrable, it is not normal.
If the Chinese Post or the Romanian Post loses the package, it is my problem, they paid for a product I want to reach me or give me my money back.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.
