We stayed at The Highlands in Harbors Springs with friends for 7 days in June, 2023. Every single staff member that we dealt with was very friendly (front desk, housekeeping, chair lift staff) & helpful. Room & grounds were very clean and well maintained. Since we were staying there, the chair lift was complimentary as well as s'mores every night from 7-9 pm. Mackinac Island Ferry is only about 40 minutes away. Downtown Harbor Springs is minutes away and right on the water. We did a lot of bike riding, different trails every day. Highly recommend this resort; book in advance. Winter months offer all types of winter sports & activities with 7 ski lifts.
