Extremely stressful. Lots of narcissistic, compulsive liars. Lots of contradictory criticism. Extremely immature and unprofessional people! If they don't like you, you will fail no matter what you do, even if you're overqualified for the position. They're extremely insecure and despise people who succeed there. If you're a lot more understanding and empathetic towards the clients, they hate you and will go out of their way to get rid of you, documenting all of their compulsive lies. They overreact tremendously about all tiny mistakes. If they like you, your mistakes are no big deal. Serious targeting. They will completely refuse all disability accommodation requests. If you have mental disabilities, they'll make them a lot worse. Especially if you're suicidal. They do NOT care about your mental health or wellbeing. The Civil Rights Department also does NOT care about discrimination complaints or accommodations requests. They are only there to protect the company. They despise helping the employees. They weren't even professional enough to come right out and fire me. They claimed that I could submit a rebuttal for the compulsive lies they made up about me in a 2nd written warning. Haven't heard anything from them since. They couldn't even give me one explanation about their supposed claims on the 2nd written warning because it was ALL LIES! They are a HUGE DISGRACE and it's unbelievable how HORRIBLE they are! They are an embarrassment and a huge WOKE organization. It does NOT matter about your experience or how well you do at your job. If you're not the right color (anything but white), you won't succeed there! PERIOD! It's a HUGE DISGRACE, especially for the state! They would watch me from far away and just assume that I was rude to clients, which is far from the truth. And although I was constantly working, they were convinced that I wasn't working. And often times what I was doing while working wasn't good enough for them, but I know it' was a lot better than the others that I worked with who were often visiting and giggling and ignoring clients.

My husband needed his divorce certificate. We, ourself did a search and couldn't find a record. As the district Clerk website directed us to theTexas health and Human services, we thought it is trustable. After we entered all the information for him and his x-wife, show that there is record, we paid about $45 and waited for a month. Then we got a letter that there is no record…. Which we did it ourselves. Waisted time and money and trust!
It takes time to write here all the details to prove the tricks that they have in their website to earn money for nothing. Unfair absolutely!
Thank you for reading this review.

DespiteHHS demands personal and private information without the authority to do so and information that is protected by the Fourth Amendment. When you don't or can't provide it within 10 days they terminate Medicaid without the required pre termination evidentiary hearing, violating due process of law. This causes Social Security to take half of retirement entitlement. These criminals need to be stopped, but those charged with stopping this criminal activity by government are the federal courts. However, the federal courts are just as corrupt, they dismiss the case allegedly because the state is immune from suit even if it is killing a person without due process of law through one of its agencies, whom routinely deprive medical care.
As a consequence of HHS behavior and corruption, I have had to cancel my mandatory Medicaid and to avoid being ripped off again I have also had to cancel Medicare Part B that Medicaid was paying the premium for. So now I have no medical coverage despite the fact that social security and Medicaid have found I am entitled to extra help. The extra help is to costly emotionally and financially. When the apathy of the people toward government changes and it happens to all perhaps then the apathy of these government abuses will end and so will the abuse.
