I placed and order for almost $700 on 3/23/21 that I never received. I reached out to multiple customer reps for this company only to be ignored. I've requested a refund on 4/17 which they have not fulfilled. On top of that I disputed the charges with paypal and was denied because the company is stating they delivered the items. I'm put of money and still don't have the merchandise.

I have ordered from dear-lover and fashion-goddess without any problems. Hexinfashion had better prices so I tried it and NEVER again! My first order was missing 18 items and they refused to give me a refund. The order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was old that I would get my missing pieces when I placed another order so silly me did so. That order was missing pieces as well and they gave me the same story about ordering more. I contacted Paypal and I had to take a loss of $93 to ship it back to get my refund of almost $500. The quality of the dresses was okay but avoid the handbags. Also the package was 13 pounds to ship back to them but they charged me 23 pounds in shipping fees. Never again. I highly suggest using dear-lover or fashion-goddess.

BUYERS BEWARE! This company will take your money and ship only half of the items, and trying to reach anyone there is a waste of time. No one is answering my emails, I have also sent them messages on their website with a list of the items that I did not receive, and they are completely ignoring me. Don't waste your money. This company is a joke...
