Henry harvin institute is a fraud institute, they wont provide you server access and also they wont provide you proper classes, they won't respond to your queries, the relationship manager I had is vibhati…she took the advance amt bt from past 10 days I'm begging them to give my refund as they r not responding properly, they told they will change the batch, bt they didn't do it and they didn't give the access and the classes by trainer is also very bad…they won't explain you properly.its complete waste of money and time. And even the server they provide will work only for once in a week and that to if u continuously request them in watsapp support... it will work for once in a week. No proper service... ppl will be cheated if u join this institute... they torture us like this. Waste of money, energy and time. Such a bad service and worst institute I have never seen In my life

My self Nirvi Vora, I had enrolled for Spanish Classes A1 at Henry Harvin. However, I have got an opportunity to study abroad, for which I need to travel at the end of this month. Hence, I won't be able to attend any lectures or complete the course.
I had raised the request to discontinue this course on 8th Dec, and requested a refund. I have been strongly following up with Ms Shweta but she is only giving excuses that the manager will get back to me, till date no one has called for my concern.
I understand there is a refund policy, but this can be considered as a special case and grantee the same. The visa approval documents were also shared with Ms Shweta.
I have sent mails as well, but no answer. I am disappointed by this kind for service.
