Wow. This same guy 'Austin' has been calling me with different numbers. I don't know how he got my information. He told me the same thing as you have stated above. He called up until yesterday, 05/01/2024.
I knew something was wrong the moment he made the following statement and promises.
1. He said he could complete an affirm application on my behalf just because I told him I needed to leave my desk and I wouldn't be able to complete the application. He wanted my password, but I refused.
2. He said Henry Harvin would pay the tax on the tuition and the 14.5% APR on the payment for the course. He persuaded me to click complete on the Affirm page, but I refused. This guy recommended an MBA in Data Science, and the course came to $9,999, he provided a discount code of 'OFF70' which brought the course to $2,999. Then the tax came to $239.68. He said if I completed the Affirm application, he would Zelle the Tax - $239.68 back to me. He also promised that Henry Harvin would pay the 14.5% APR.
3. I asked him how long he'd been in the US because I couldn't hear him sometimes when he talked. He claimed he's not an Indian even when he speaks like one. He said his father is from Australia and his mother an Irish. This guy is a scammer, and the earlier Henry Harvin separates themself from him the better because he will soon put the institution in trouble.
4. He desperately sent a congratulatory letter to me because I told him to assure me that the Tax of $239.68 would be Zelle to me as promised. Then after about 2 hours of rejecting his call, he sent another email and wrote 'Void'.
5. Their office address in Delaware is fake. A friend who resides in Delaware visited the acclaimed address and found out that the building is used by some Spanish guys for auto and other businesses. They confirmed that there's no agency or office named Henry Harvin in the building. We also found out that the address is used as a virtual address by some agencies.
6. I googled his name 'Austin Kent' and checked LinkedIn but he's nowhere to be found. Someone of his caliber, a top person in Henry Harvin shouldn't be hard to locate online.

Guys. Pls find below his email and how he dubiously changed MBA Data Science which should cost $2,999 to the Post Graduate Program in Cyber Security which should cost $1,999.

Guy, be careful.

PMP course in Noida is best because it emphasizes real-world scenarios, and teachers

I have enrolled French Course From(A1 to B2 level) as a bundled service. They charged me 40K approx and I have enrolled for me and my wife. Did the payment via EMI option so a total of 80K approx.

My A1 batch started on 3rd October. Weekday class. Class time: 9 PM to 11 PM.

Person who sold me this course said we will get 247 support. Also, told I can reach her for any support needed. Her name is Aphi. So I had a request, rather than reaching her directly, I called the support team, I was on hold for more than 20 mins and they didn't respond to the question properly.(I reached the support around 9 PM in the night). So the same day I texted her on Whatsapp and asked my question and Aphi told me I will check and get back to you. My question: I was not able to access Henry Harvin Portal Properly as this is not very user-friendly for me and requested her to share the complete recording of the A1 French class taken by a Trainer named Sunil Roj. She never got back to me on my question.

So I forgot about that and continued my classes.

As said above our batch is a weekday batch and Henry Harvin didn't schedule the batch properly we have our last class for A1 on 5th Nov which comes on the Weekend. So Our trainer asked us not to attend the class. So our last class was on 2nd Nov. However, we had some topics which are not covered so I gave the list to the trainer and asked him to extend the class.

Our Trainer told he requested Henry Harvin. We waited for a week. No response came. So I directly reached Henry Harvin and Spoke to Aphi. She asked to me email them. So I sent an email on Monday 22nd Nov regarding this(A detailed email). Got a response which not even relevant to my queries.

Out of Frustation, I called her Yesterday and escalated. They usually say they will get back to in 24 hrs. But they didn't.

So She gave me one guy's number Jithender, I called him a few times he didn't pick up. So I was too much irritated and decided not to continue with Henry Harvin and want to cancel my subscription.

So-called again the number given by Aphi, Rohan from Henry Harvin picked up my call and he was very rude and hung up on me during our conversation.

Again and Again I called Aphi, Rohan, and Jithender. At one time someone picked up the call scolded me in Hindi using Bad Words and hung up on me.

Finally spoke to Aphi arround 7.30 PM today and told/demanded her this needs to be resolved today. Asked her to connect me with her management team. She put me on hold for a while and then she hung up on me again.

Now I have wasted my 3 weeks' time and 2 days in frustrated follow-ups with Henry harvin.

I want to cancel my course with Henry Harvin now and they are even responding my calls. Even Aphi switched her mobile off. And Support number they are not picking and Jithender he blocked me on the call.

As a last resort, I'm coming to social media and review platforms to get justice on this. Also, tried messaging to couple of senior employees from Linkedin. Yet to get a response on the same.

I appreciate any help I can get here.
