“After sending me wrong product size, seller completely cuts off contact”

I bought a bed frame thinking it was an eastern king bed, the seller sends a cali king bed... completely different. After contacting seller to solve the issue, the owner of the website named Francis completely cuts off all contact. Doesn't even try to make it right or even a simple no. Very FRUSTRATING, do NOT buy from here! SCAM
