Came to this site from an advertising page because it recommended a great massage gun to me and I was considering buying a similar product at that time. Though I was sceptical but delivery was quick, the product was great and importantly the price was really great.
My product was faulty after < 5 months of use. They replied saying they only offer service for 30 days only - that is a crime. Avoid. Use Amazon, Aliexpress or Bangood instead.
I loved everything about the smartphone the only detail is the camera that is not very top at night but during the day it takes great photos... Great cost Benefit...
My order just arrived and it came faster than the estimated delivery time, very satisfied. Good experience
I'll apologize in advance for how long this is, I've been through a lot and even if I skip over the small thing there still is a lot to say.
I purchased a stand up paddle, sup, board from hekka for an upcoming trip. As I had never paddle boarded before I though thought it would be a good idea to take a few lessons from an expert. A few weeks back I went for my first lesson. After blowing up the board I noticed a leak. The instructor arrived, who also own's a surf and paddle board shop tried to fix it by tightening the valve which didn't work. He also tried removing and reinstalling which also didn't work. He said it's defective and I'd need a new paddle board. So off they went while I deflated my paddle board. Mind you from the time I got there until the time i left was a little over 2 hours. That's how long it takes to inflate a sup a couple times then deflate and pack it up.
After all this I contacted hekka customer service told them what happened and asked for an exchange. They asked for a video. I told them it was all packed up and I don't have have time before my trip or the space at home to inflate a 10ft+ sup. They said they need a video so I sent them an example I found online. Fast forward 4 or 5 emails and a week later they said the video isn't sufficient and I need to send them a 20+second video. So this first feels like they are trying to make me jump through so many hoops I'll just go away. You can't email a 20 second video it's to big. Plus I already explained it's all packed up. At this point I'm fed up and just want to return it. They now tell me they need a 20 second video just so I can return it!
