The course was good and informative however the level of service was not so good. I could not access my course several times leading up to the exam and had to contact customer support, and my emails were rarely answered. I did not receive my results on time and only after I reached out to them almost 2 months after my exam did someone send me my results.

It is hard for me to read everything by myself. I thought there would be video for each section that I need to know before an exam. The video course was made unprofessionally. What I like for the class was that I got a chance to study by myself.
