The package arrived much later than expected. I found the product to be overpriced. Found the same product at a local store for a fraction of the price.

There were problems in the warehouse that delayed my order. I called customer service and they told me they would help day ship it. They also told me one of my items was out of stock and I gave them another color tip change it to. They did not change my shipping and did not put the changes of the missing item in the system. The next time I called them I notice on my email the replacement item read missing they were very helpful and did rush shop that item. It arrived 5 days before the original order! Last suggestion please have color examples for all sizes of vinyl sheets.

Your search feature must have an error in it as it consistently gives me an error page when I use it.

I was trying to order the bundle and it wouldnt let me. kept putting in the more expensive bundle, so I just decided on the printer itself

I had a horrible experience with heat press nation. My first heat press was shipped with the AlbaChem and it exploded damaging the press. The second press they shipped after lack of communication was also damaged and would not turn on. Finally the third one that was sent out worked but two weeks after I had been expecting the first heat press. Email communication did not seem to work; you had to call to get answers. Not sure I'll order again after such an exhausting experience.

Not all attachments were in stock, was not informed about this until after order was shipped. I was told these would be in by end of Jan or first of Feb. second week of Feb. I contacted company and was told items are not expected until early or mid March. Heat Press Nation should have contacted me prior to shipping partial order and notified me of further delay. This is poor cut service.

Product works great. Customer service not to be bothered over the weekend which is just pathetic if you run an online business. Since the shipments can't be sent out together and no heads up makes me never want to shop here again. It would take a great price to make me what to come back. I will not rely on you to do any delivery on time.

had a promo code of 5% off told Live chat support guys that it didn't work they told me to wait while he resolve the problem didn't hear from him for 30-40 Min when he came back he just said he couldn't fix the problem or give me a new code i received the code in my email and had already contacted them about it that it wasn't working and they gave me a second code HPN5R2YPZ thats the second code they gave me

could have used more information regarding my purchase that wasn't available on your site and I didn't hear back from your customer service when I sent two messages. I had to go ahead and purchase the product anyway for certain reasons..

I was on hold for over 40 mins to have a simple question answered. . .it was very very frustrating. I almost did not purchase the $500 machine because of it. Only thing that saved order was the rep that helped me was fast and knowledgeable.

I order a different press which showed in stock but then after you were paid i found out it was out of stock and had to pay an addition $100. Not good, not good at all.

Unable to complete payment using credit card. Online support just said try other browsers (no luck). Phone support told me to call my bank because HPN just upped e-comm security and I probably got my address wrong... OK, kid. Completed purchased via PayPal. Hopefully the products are better than the customer service.

Really wanted to order more stuff but certain sublimation blanks you only sell in quantities 5/10/25 and I just wanted to try 1 or 2
Also shipping is pricey I'm use to buying from pro world and they offer free shipping on orders over 129. So I just purchased the mug press from you and will buy the mugs and other blanks from pro world since I get free shipping and can purchase the quantity that I want

I called customer service this morning to get some help on completing this order after multiple tries last night and this morning... I kept getting a message stating my shipping address is invalid. I asked if he would be able to assist me in completing the order thru the phone and I was told that I just need to be sure that my billing address matches the billing address for the card that I was using and I could put any shipping address and it's gonna work. I then again asked if he could do my order over the phone and the answer was no. We done numerous orders with Heat Press Nation and have always received excellent service till today.

I never received any shipping information I contacted customer service about this and didn't get any response from customer service. I will not be ordering from here again due to the lack of customer service. I asked a simple question to which I didn't get any answer for.

The ordering process was a difficult. It took two weeks to become tax exempt; even though. we had submitted all of the paperwork.

I placed an order but it never shipped due to an address mismatch. I had to have them cancel my purchase because I will not be in the same state by the time the item ships. Super inconvenient and has made me lose money in the process. Plus now I have to wait who knows how long to get my refund and still place my order because I obviously still need a press. So double the money gone from my account plus the money I lost out on.

It took over a week to receive my product that I ordered. Second order in a little over a month that took over a week. I needed the vinyl project I was doing for a customers. I ended up having to buy it from somewhere else because it didn't come in.

I placed one order but it got broken into 2 delivery's. Which would have been ok if it would have been communicated that there was a item on back order with a estimated delivery date.

My account will show that I shop here often. My problem with you is your very slow shipping out. Your competition (Coastalbusiness)send out same or next day. Something is not normal here.

Checkout process kept giving error messages which prolonged the process. This caused the order to go past the deadline for the overnight shipping. So I will probably end up paying extra for the expedited shipping and not going to get the product when needed. Can you please check and verify if the order will still be done overnight as requested and paid for?

Tried to order over the weekend and your checkout crashed. Missed the discounts that applied to the items I eventually ordered
