Had a rushed order from customer, so i selected over night shipping. Didnt get the product on the 3rd day. I decided to call customer service. The guy promised that i he will ship the order that day. And should arrive in thurs(if i remember correctly) but still arrives another day late. My 1 day shipping(that i paid turned into 5 or 6 days.
Before I purchased my Heat Press I called customer service to make sure I was buying the one that would fit my needs. The service was great I told him what I was going to use it for and he made a suggestion to what would be good for me. So far so good!
