Overall, my ordering experience with Heatpress Nation was good. I think the site can benefit from more relevant product info, such as overall footprint, tutorials and better product description videos. That said, the ordering process was smooth and the item arrived packaged securely. The wood panels in the box were a nice touch. The item took a little long to arrive, but being that it was around 90lbs of shipping weight, it was understandable.
One of the items that I receives was not what I ordered and I've been trying to get it replaced or whatever and I'm having a real hard time doing that and my number is *******216 my name is Brenda Ovando please return my call
Website is easy to navigate and deals are great. The refurbished heat press was in better condition than expected. I can't believe what a great deal I got. I love it so much. It makes my life so much easier. No more burns with the slide out tray. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for the the great service and products!
