The website was easy to use and my press came on time. Love my heat press.

I was very excited about my heat press and ok with the price I paid thinking I purchased a good heat press. That was until I actually received it. When I unboxed it there were loose nuts and caps. So I thought ok I'll just put them on. And after using it a few times I see that the plate gets loose so I have to continue tightening the nuts.

All of the heat press products found here are really awesome

I thought I had ordered a different size and when measured it said 10' but was actually 9.75' roughly wide.

The website is easy, fast and accessible, but does not update purchase orders, they should improve that. They have good products and some of poor quality that should not sell or improve quality control. The price value of the products is very good in general. Shipping time is acceptable but I think you can improve it. I will continue shopping on Heatpressnation
