UPS was not very careful and the box had been damaged and several of the mugs were broken. I spoke to customer service and was given a refund for the broken mugs which I appreciated very much. I was very happy with your company but not happy with the ups delivery

I had a question about shipping before I ordered and they got back to me fairly quick. They are willing to take care of any items that are damaged in shipping so I will go ahead and try them out. Looking forward to getting the cups to check them out.

Have not experienced any real problems in ordering from them. Whenever we inform them that we have found a broken mug in our shipment, they have promptly refunded us the cost for the broken item.
