I really appreciate the videos on each product page. It made it super easy to find the right product. So often I have to go all over the place doing research, and it takes FOREVER. When you own a small business and you're the only employee FOREVER gets expensive.

Received the product very quickly and was exactly as described.

One item was out of stock, but it was quickly resolved with a phone call. Shipping was quicker than I expected.

When I placed my order for both the shirt and cap heat press they informed me that it maybe a delay in receiving my order but turned out it was shipped on time. The only small issue was I wasn't able to go online to utilize the tracking method but once I called the office they were very helpful!

I was pleased with the product. Performs as expected, just wish you could adjust the beeping when setting up heat and time.
