I placed my order by 8am and paid extra for overnight. My order was not sent overnight and I was still charged the full amount.
The only down side is having to buy such large quantities, especially if you just need a sample to possible sell something. Otherwise, great prices and shipping

I called because I wanted to get some information about how long it will take to get my Cameo 4. I was told it would take another month. I asked them why is it taking a month when I was told they would start to be sent out at the end of October (I called in October) then to my surprise, the very next day I got a shipping alert saying it was on it's way. It was delivered very fast and it works great!

The user manula needs to be clearer on how to operate the machine and the pages with page numbers were all out of order (ex: 3,9,14,1,5,2, etc.) So it made it difficult to find the page I needed

I wish I was notified of the change in setting to press this vinyl. I ruined a shirt. When I sent an e-mail I had a hard time finding which e-mail to send my concerns to. I did receive a reply with updated settings. I actually got an e-mail announcing & explaining the change from a different company before hearing back from you..
Box was dented open, I was a bit worried that the items would be compromised.
