Everything has been easy, so far.

No transfer mask came with the product and no assistance when ordering to tell you you will need it.

A lot of color adjustments and getting the Cameo to cut is very difficult, as it doesn't recognize the registration marks. The finished product heat pressed is nice but the vinyl sheets are expensive and projects are pretty small with the SG 400.

Wasn't aware that the quality was poor on cotton shirt, and only looked decent on polyester. If we had known that before purchasing, we definitely would not have purchased this machine.

Everything was great. Love the videos for every product. Hated that the big item I wanted to order was out of stock. I had to call in to ask when it might be filled. It was delivered in about 3 weeks.
