Literally no complaints CS was beyond helpful when I called about an item being on back order still arrived the same week I purchased it everything works perfectly! Purchasing the bundle was the best decision I could have made as a beginner!

Was somewhat disappointed in the difference in temperatures across the heating surface. Thought they would be a very tight tolerance in heat temperatures across the surface but it was more than I expected. Right side seems to be around 5+ degrees hotter than the left side.

Placing the order was super easy. I ordered the heatpress bundle with the shoe platen and the Silhouette Cameo 4 for a really great price. Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent. I would buy from them again.
