We ordered the sublimation mug heat press bundle, it got lost in the mail. I spoke with a person at hpn and they told me they would get with fed ex and figure it out. They did just that, we recieved everything a couple days later. I was very happy with everything, except that despite the fragile stickers on all side of the box, the box was destroyed and a few mugs got broken. Not happy with fed ex but hpn was great

Only thing I have to complain about is the black vinyl seem to be messed up disinfect or some sort but overall all the other vinyl I don't have no complaints

My order did not ship for several days. It only shipped after I sent an email inquiring about it. The vinyl roll was taped together towards the end of the roll, leaving me a small scrap on each side of tape. Thus I was out 12' of usable vinyl. Overall I was very disappointed.
