It was a good shopping experience.
Was nervous about buying a heat press- I'd never used one before. But the features and quality of the machine I got convinced me to take the plunge. It was simple and easy to use. Thorough instructions. Every shirt has turned out perfect so far. I'm truly loving it!
Some mugs arrived cracked or broken that I am not able to use.
I love the 16/20 auto release with sliding drawer. I bought one two years ago and it gave up, so I got another of the same model. HPN customer service always helps with warranty, parts and general questions.

Have only used it a couple times but I love it. It would be great if they would send a description of the black foam piece (I'm sure it had a name) in the booklet because it freaked me out when I realized it was not metal. I don't know if others have the same 'freak out' as me...

I love doing business with this company. The products are hreat and customer service is amazing. Shipping is fast and ordering is easy. I have only had one problem in the last few years of doing business with this wonderful company. One item was left out of my order, I contacted the conpany via email and provided a picture of the box when i opened it and got a quick response the next morning. They quickly sent my missing item. Great company! Will continue to order items for my small shop from them.
