Way better than some of the other online stores

My black Friday purchases arrived promptly and my products were packed securely. I was impressed with the fast service and the setup of my heat press was painless.

The Heat Press is great. I am able to save a lot of time with the slide out drawer. I'm very happy that I upgraded from the regular clamshell.

Smooth easy transaction. The prices were really great!

Delivery was a bit rough resulting in product being out of stock and needing reordering. Overnight shipment failed but it did arrive by Christmas and all 12 Orca mugs were unbroken.
