I had purchased this item for my birthday, and haven't been able to open it up and use it quite yet. Shipping was a nightmare. It is no fault of the company, rather FedEx.

I didn't receive my first order it was damaged.
My replacement order I received thanks to Brittany excellent customer.

Please label your vinyl with the color name. It makes it easier when trying to repurchase.

I researched heat press machines on many sites and kept returning to HPN. I wanted to make sure that I was getting a quality machine but with warranty and service if necessary. So far, I am pleased with my product. It was delivered in good time. I have used it a few times, but plan to start a small business with my heat press -- so hopefully it will hold up to be the work horse that I plan it to be.

Exceptionally quick delivery. Attempted to call customer service twice - stayed on indefinite hold then disconnected.

Would like to exchange for larger unit. This model of clamshell doesn't open very far and difficult to lay place products in
