Took almost a month for me to get my product. Customer service asked for the wrong information which made the process take longer. Towards the end of this debacle Ryan Martinez was instrumental in finally getting me my product. He called Forever and kept me in the loop throughout the process. After finally getting me the license key, Mr. Martinez then got me in contact technical support to ensure the download process went smoothly. Thank you Mr. Martinez!
