I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Homerecue247. We reported a faulty oven in November 2023, and it is now February 2024, and the issue remains unresolved. Not only did the company repeatedly book appointments and then cancel them, but they also let us down on the day of the appointments. After numerous phone calls and immense stress, an engineer was finally sent to our home. However, it quickly became apparent that he had no clue how to fix the oven and was unable to repair it. Despite our justified frustration and disappointment, Homerecue247 refused to send another engineer or provide a replacement appliance. It is no surprise that this company is so cheap to join, as they clearly lack the necessary expertise and commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities. I would strongly advise against using Homerecue247 if you expect your appliance to be repaired or replaced.
