Purchased products and paid for by debit card on 28th June 2011. Email from their customer support 11th July 2011 explaining they could not fulfil the order and would refund my money. To date they have NOT refunded my money and will not reply to numerous emails. It is my fault as I did not check for a telephone number or address of which of course their is neither. Their terms and conditions are just latin fillers too. Should have done my research properly before buying so I guess I got what I deserved but wanted to warn others so they don't make the same stupid error.
