I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating "ticket received" and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven't gotten any correspondence from their company.
I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.
I had ordered the wrong item and tried to correct it on the spot. Kept calling and emailing and would get a late response telling me that my order shipped. I left messages by phone and email trying to fix it.
It was very easy to order and the order arrived quickly. The shipping cost was a little high for a small object.

Easy to find the things I need for cheaper prices than the insurance company provider
Took a while for product to ship. Not the same formula but has the same reference # but old formula has 5% Dimethocone. New one shipped only has 1.5%. Orange scent is weaker too. Why?
