This is a shady company. Totally non ethical. I ordered dreamzy humidifier and the price was not declared in US$. I have not yet received my order. I live in Canada and I noticed that they charged my card in US$. Based on the other reviews i read, looks like that this company is selling sub standard products. Learned my lesson. Hoping that the humidifier would arrive and work.
My wife purchased a Ryoku vibration product for the feet. It absolutely did not work; the connectors to the mat did not even connect properly; they just would come off. We called customer service and the idiotic person on the phone said she couldn't find an order (even though I was reading the number from THEIR invoice. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Purchase a product from Healthspark.com. It took 20 days to receive the product decided to return it seven days in no response from customer service to get a return mailing address, packing slip and tracking number to resolve the return. IPhone, their customer service centre in California. They do not have a one 800 number I was put on hold and then the phone was cut off. I called seven times. The invoice price online was $139.80. I received my Visa bill and it was $189 US I live in Canada this is a company that should not be allowed to continue to supply the public with product as an e-commerce.
I ordered some earbuds and was charged for a heater I didn't order, didn't need, and never saw on website. These people also go by gogogadgets.Don't order from either company or you will be charged for something you don't want or need.
Looking at WiFi extenders, message appears stating this website is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, you are given the ability to continue or cancel.
After clicking on cancel and backing our of website I was notified of a charge placed on my credit card.
After going through a lot of hoops I was able to send an email asking for order to be canceled. Not sure if that will work but I'll try to update this review later.
Also notified credit company.
I ordered a humidifier and within hours I tried to cancel it and was told the order was processed. I had googled top picks for humidifiers in Canada 2024 and their site came up. Turned out to be US site. I contracted them again telling them I did not want it and was told I have to accept the order, if I refused it I mostly wouldn't get a refund. When they sent a message that the order had shipped I questioned why they couldn't cancel the order It took 4 days to process. I accept it and was shock to see how cheaply made it was. It cost me over $70 for something that I found out after sells on Amazon Canada for $29. I wrote for the address and return authorization number but was offered 20% off. When I refused the discount and asked again for the return information they stopped communicating with me. Making it impossible to return it. The offer 30 Day guaranteed on their website, no hassle.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, PRODUCT IS CHEAP SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
