Fitted quite snugly, I have a large head and hair too. If it could be made larger, with adjustable pulls inside, like the cotton bucket hats, it would be even better. That's why I gave 4 stars, not 5.But I am very pleased with it.Covered completely, brim gives attractive frame. I like brims, as I am troubled with dazzle. Quick delivery, I live in the UK. I haven't tried washing it yet, but it looks simple. I wish you made more ghats in larger sizes.
First off they sent a dark brown extension instead of blond. Second, they sent the wrong style extension. Then they only wanted to refund minus 20% stocking fee. Wow what an incompetent company! We just took the refund and went elsewhere after two phone calls got us nowhere. The young girl they Have answering the phone doesn't know what is going on and just repeats the same bs. Don't buy from This ridiculous company
Ordered 3-4 headcovers. Think they kind of fit. Would have appreciated an acknowledgement of my order however as I wasn't even sure you received it. So I also had to order some from Amazon. Luckily, yours did come and they fit better than the Amazon ones. Love the sleep cap.
The photos are of models who have hair under the hats and coverings that fill them out making them look very nice. When the products get to me, they don't looks so nice because I have no hair to fill them out. I wish there was a way to correct this.
Hair over the ears did not lay flat. Probably can't wear. What can be done? Is this a common problem?
I ordered 2 caps one in adult & 1 in child. Both are beautiful & the bamboo material is very soft. The only problem I have is the child size is even too big for me.
I will still wear it but the adult size I will give to the American Cancer Society.
The elastic is not very substantial and does not properly secure itself on my head. Material not as soft as I would like.
I ordered a cap with a band but when I received it only the band came. Did not realize the band and the cap were sold separately. I then had to purchase the cap.
I would like to pay for everything when I order my Things. I did not know I had to pay to take out my order from you.
I am extremely disappointed with the hat that I received. I called only to find out that the office was already closed (it was Friday), not realizing that the business closes early on Fridays.
How do I go about sending back the hat that is too big.
I love the 2 head covers that I purchased with this order.

The description said headbands, I didnt read it. Not what I expected, my fault. I will be returning them. Quality was good, I thought it was a head cover.
