Never had to deal with customer service or return an item so can't comment on that but I'd recommend this firm based on my experiences.

I wanted to connect my laptop to our large wall-mounted TV screen to show holiday pictures and videos. I needed a 6m lead so that I could continue to use the laptop from my armchair. The lead arrived the following day and is of an excellent quality. The price was considerably better than others I had found online and in shops.
