Do not do business with this company as they stole $*******USD from my company in New Zealand. Have admitted they were at fault but will not fix the problem or refund money sent to them. Very dishonest & now have cut all communication. All very professional, looks like it should but do not deliver what is promised, sending fake videos & photos of container being loaded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

This review is about the company HEBEI JUPAI IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADE CO., LTD. and sales manager Danny Li, and his boss Jack B. I recently purchased a caterpillar 420 backhoe fromm HEBEI JUPAI IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADE CO., LTD. and Danny Li was my salesperson. ( and on the website, danny has a picture of a woman and he is a man) i told them what i wanted and we agreed on a price( 28,xxx delivered to my location, the island of GUAM) when i got the container and opend it up, what was in the container was NOT a cat420 it was a chinese brand backhoe loader ( see pics) worth@ USD*******. I immediately informed Danny Li about what i had found in the container and he said "let me look in to it" and "we do not know where the cat420 is?" so, now this is crazy, i told Danny Li that this backhoe is NOT a cat420 and he said put the stickers on and it will be a caterpillar (?) " do you think people are stupid". They keep going back and forth about " well we are investigating this matter" which is ridiculous. I, from the moment i looked inside the container, there solution to the problem is on your next order we will give you a discount, i told them, i am not sending you more money, you are crazy. Kept telling Danny Li and Jack B, the only way to fix this is my next order, you load the equipment and deliver the flat rack to the shipper, get the BL then i will pay in full! They kee telling me, no you must pay 30% then pay the balance when delivered> i told them hell no, i trusted you, now you must trust me. They disagree. I searched online for any other reviews online and found a person in new zealand who had purchased 4 toyota forklifts from HEBEI JUPAI IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADE CO., LTD. and Danny Li was the salesperson and what was sent to new zealand was 4 komatsu forklifts that were in unusable condition. And Danny Li told the buyer the same story that i was told. " we dont know where the container is?" now the buyer is out 60KNZD. I have the communication from the buyer down in new zealand. This company HEBEI JUPAI IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADE CO., LTD. is a fraud and Danny Li along with Jack B. Are scammers and dishonest people. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I have added photos of the chinese backhoe loader and you can see it is not a cat420 and a photo of a cat420.
