Everyone throughout the entire process from Hawaii to LA were very polite and friendly. My car battery died during transport and was jumped upon pick-up without any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone that should need it. Thank you

So far the booking part is very easy. Arrival time was as anticipated, and car had no issues/damage. FYI double check paperwork when picking up - I have the wrong paperwork and will have to go back to get correct documents to register my car here but that is not Hawaii Car Transport's fault, COvid 19 chaos created a bit of confusion at pick up.

I spoke with Anthony and he was really good at following up with me. He heard what I needed and made the process super easy. I could book my own reservation right on line, with no issues. Thank you for your patience with me..

Overall fast service of shipping my car from South Carolina to Hawaii. Only downfall is the Customer service communication process is terrible. I've called a couple times and every time the line was busy(which was fine) I totally understand that, but when the call gives the option of calling us back and holding my place in the call line, I never received a call back from you guys. Also, my car arrived much sooner than anticipated date of arrival and no one communicated that to me or reached out to let me know. I found out by calling to make an appointment a week in advance to go pick up my car, staying on the line for 30 min, And Comes to find out one of the customer service representatives said my car has already been in Hawaii for more than 5 days, yet I did not receive no notification of that which I don't think is okay. Overall fast shipping, but needs much more improvement on communication with customer service.

Difficult to estimate optimal drop-off date but I now realize the shipping schedule is not yet set. Hoping for a swift delivery, barring hurricanes. Thanks for the opportunity for online booking!

I was finally able to view the online shipping schedules for November, and that info answered most of my questions and considerations. Subsequently, everything gas gone smoothly, so far...

Good customer service and professionalism, when you can speak to a live person. Very difficult to contact via phone; very long wait time. I had to call multiple times to obtain a final invoice. The option promoted of tracking your vehicle is not realistic. I had to use my own vehicle tracking app to find the location of my vehicle during transport. Because of reliability, I would use this company again.

Have used Hawai'i Car Transport before, for the same reason, never a worry Best bang for your buck. Courteous service.

Quick and easy, plus door to door shipping is difficult to secure. We now just hope everything goes well till receiving the vehicle!

Quick and easy on drop off and pick up. Much pricier than I would have like, but this could have been due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts on shipping, etc. Car made it from California to Hawaii on time and without damage.

I love that I got a quote right away and a phone call. I started preparing early but didn't complete my process till a few weeks before my shipping date due to finance. I was able to set up reminder calls so they are not continuously calling and playing phone tag. They very friendly and really shared the Aloha spirit. I would totally recommend them for your shipping.
