Haute24 is definitely not authentic. The customer service Horrible. Terrible I tell you. I'm really very disappointed.
My order was delayed for over 3 months and after that I received a call from them saying that it's not available. Just unbelievable.
Really Terrible Experience. Would recomend to just stick to Darveys or Tata Cliq. Haute24 is a scam. They just take the money and go unresponsive after that.

I bought a keychain wallet (key pouch) on here after the LV store didn't have it in the damier azur color I wanted and the LV website said "call for price" and I was feeling lazy. I own an authentic LV purse that I bought in store so I thought I would be able to easily tell if the key pouch was fake or not. When it came in, it came in a very authentic looking box even with a LV booklet (although it was in Chinese or something and I never could get the Google translate app to make it out through the camera to see what it says). I even checked the little things that a easy give-aways for a fake (this has a triangle hook on the inside like authentic LV and fakes have round); I checked the serial and it actually matched up as being "authentic." It was only after a month or so (after the return window) that I realized it was definitely fake. The gold on the clasps of my authentic LV purse has just now started to show wear after 5 YEARS of use, and this started showing wear after a few weeks. The glue holding the zipper part also started to come off and make the wallet sticky. The clasp would never stay locked and my keys would slide off. The wallet itself changed color from white to orangey-beige. Sucks because I really thought maybe the lower price reflected gently used or something, but for what you pay it's a lot for a fake.

The Never ful MM that I loved was sold out in the LV store, so I ordered a never full MM about 3 weeks ago from this site. It took two weeks to change from processing to shipped and it did arrive 4 days after the update USPS with a signature required. It comes in a plastic back over the dust bag, which is pretty good quality and the bag itself came out of the dust bag smelling strongly of plastic (maybe because it was a printed style) Visually it looks authentic along with the booklet and tab that is generally in the pocket of the authentic bags. The print looks good and the quality is very good. But a few very small differences in craftsmanship. Long story short it is too expensive for a replica, The site should state that they are not original. But if you have purchase designer bags before at the actual price its no secret that these are probably fake. But if they are discontinued or sold out nationally and you have to have the bag, this site gives you a decent version at half the price. Not terrible.

Please save yourself the hassle of waiting 1 to 2 months for the items to arrive(only received 3/4) up to today have never gotten the fourth item, to realize they are fake, to return them and they don't give you your money back when I returned it within their return policy. I opened a dispute with my card company and now going into my fourth month nothing has been solved. They don't reply to my emails and have no phone to call. This place should be shut down immediately ripping people off.

I placed an order for a LV bag with this company and should have known better. LV bags are NEVER on sale for the prices this company advertises. I placed my order on August 11, and as of today hadn't received any other notification other than the day I placed the order telling me that my order was "being processed". I read their website and it stated that they process orders in 3 days, so imagine my surprise, when I realized as of the end of the following week, I hadn't received anything and they never answered any of my emails. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges telling them that I had not received my merchandise. The last email I sent to Haute told them I was disputing the charge and I'd read reviews and that they were selling fraudulent bags and to cancel my order. I immediately received a "shipping notice" notifying me that my bag had been shipped. I replied to that shipping email letting them know that I wanted to cancel the order and was disputing the charge and then, and only then, did they send me an email letting me know that they had cancelled my order and issue me a credit. How companies get on the internet like this is beyond me. I even researched the bag I wanted and they copy the picture from the LV site, including the model number of the merchandise and everything. Louis Vitton should sue these people. Glad I got my order cancelled. I can buy a fake LV bag on the street corner for a lot less than these people are trying to pass off fake bags for.

Final Update I got my Item, which is a BAD quality replica from a LV Voyager MM. Everything is wrong, the hot stamps are bad, the size is PM, not MM and the handle is completely wrong. The dust bags quality is better than the Messenger bag.
I requested my money back and they ignored me, so went to the police yesterday to get a report, which will be done next week, I also contacted VISA and started a Chargeback. The Police told me to destroy the fake bag, but to wait for VISA and in case they need it for a criminal investigation.
I wont lose any money, but I wasted time, DONT WASTE YOURS.
If you want a real LV Bag, this is not the place, and if you want a AAA Replica, this is NOT the place.

Update 5 - My item will arrive tomorrow, 11 days after I placed the order, which is not bad. Once I get the Item I will write my final Update.

Update 4 - I got the tracking code, it didn't get to the post office yet, but at least I have one.

Update 3 - The Order now says "Shipped", but not tracking was provided, which makes you think it wasn't really.
I paid $25 for priority shipping, which ALWAYS includes a tracking number, but they didnt send mine to track.

Update 2- Since I wrote this review, they contacted me and told me my item will ship today.

Why would anyone contact this site and ask if these items are authentic! When was the last time you made a visit to an LV Boutique? $$$$$ You can go to the LV U.S. website and see they have copied the photos from the website. Even a used LV can be priced at a higher price point than a replica. I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours, however I had made no purchase and they did not have my money. They need to advise that the products are replicas, respond to all concerns within 24 hours, give accurate and honest shipping details, send the exact product ordered and paid for. I will not purchase from this site or make recommendations, until someone can figure out how to run a business.
