I have not yet purchased... ordered samples and was very impressed with your communication and customer service. We have the samples in our bathroom and are deciding on color and watching whether there is any problem re: moisture. Will get back to you at a later time.
We went through close to 30 samples from various vendors. Not only was Hardwood Bargains the easiest to work with, we found a couple options that we are now trying to decide between. Great price / quality and service.
Looking for the right flooring./the hickory has a slight sheen supposedly oil finished...
Where as the white oak reclaimed, i put olive oil on it no sheen... I prefer no sheen. I
Like the yellow look of hickory tho. Has a couple dark splits cracks in my wife noticed.I wonder if they have any other suggestions or ideas?
I just ordered several samples. I may order a few more samples of different colors. We are going to be doing the floor in the kitchen, but also we want to replace the counters so trying to kind of figure out what will look best together before we decide for sure.
I ordered a couple of samples and received them in a timely fashion and was very impressed with the quality. I requested some additional samples to be expedited as I was on a time crunch but had changed my mind about the color, and the customer service was amazing.

I think it is great that you offer the free samples. The local flooring company is charging $5 just for the sample. I like that I can visually see the wood at my house before I buy.
After looking at the samples I received I will not be placing an order at this time. I was expecting solid hardwood samples. Only one of the samples that I received was a solid hardwood. The rest were engineered.
Great company and so helpful... provided good size samples so it's easy to see how it would look... unfortunately the colors were not what I had hoped for
I didn't purchase flooring but rather had some samples shipped. The reason for three stars were primarily due to the phone conversation after having received those floor samples regarding Acacia flooring and color variation. My primary concern regarding the samples received were that there was no Light / Dark color variation on either of the samples. They were both darker in color for the natural color selection. Your representative was vague in his explanation and final comment was that if I purchased Acacia flooring, there would be no guarantee of any sort of color variations and all batches were unique to themselves when choosing that particular wood species. He also mentioned that when samples are pulled and sent to customers, that the individual who selects these samples typically just pulls the one on the top of the stack rather than scrutinize his selections to provide a sample that represents the average color of the product to be sent. Just didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from your sales guy.

Depends on what the samples look like. I need about 750 sq ft of flooring, some of which will meet up against existing pine flooring that needs to be refinished.
