I had a problem with one of the clocks I had bought and wrote a short review on it. I loved the clocks but one quit working. One or two days later I received a phone call from Ray Alley VP/GM, concerned about my problem. He offered to refund or to replace the item. I chose to have the clock replaced. He said he would personally open the box and check to be sure the clock worked fine before he shipped it to me! I have the clock and it does work perfectly. With concerned, service oriented personnel working there at HardwareAndTools.com and GREAT prices... why shop any other place?
The product and the service as good as expected.
It was very cheap made and I had to get my brother-in-law to put it together. He had to use wire to hold the pieces together.
