I have purchased from Hardware and Tools before and had good experiences. This time I had to contact customer service to clarify a tracking number and they were great. They are definitely on my "preferred vendor list".

Hardwareandtools.com had the item I was looking for at a great price. Box stores didn't have it in stock. Shipping was quick, ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Saturday with the cheapest deliver cost used.

Small strainer purchased "weighs" 3 times what the larger strainer "weighs" this would account why shipping cost for USPS are real high. Flat rate box (or UPS ground) would cost less than $** for this order so your charging 7+ dollars for handling?

The money I saved on the lower cost of the item, I lost with the shipping...I now see where your profit margins are.
