I had trouble finding this product. Your shipping rate was better than Amazon's.

Had to call to locate the plug required to operate the heat tape, it was so difficult to find that the customer service rep had to call me a second time after she did some additional research as a result I lost a day of getting the products to protect a customer's water lines

Very easy. Hope product is heavy duty for commercial use.
The product was heavy duty as promised. The turn handles are a bit too short. They could have been longer to provide more leverage as many water shut off valves are hard to turn. I have taken 2 pieces of pipe and put it over the handles to lengthen them for desired leverage.

You have offered the best prices on this product. Shipping costs are low IF one wants to buy more than than they originally wanted.
