My father had a chairlift installed 6-8 months ago, it has a one year warranty. The button broke that makes it go up and down the stairs so I called in, they informed me that it would probably take a week to get someone out to look at it. That was 2 months ago and now they are giving us the runaround and no one ever showed up. It appears they are trying to run out the warranty to me. If my father falls they will have a lawsuit and potentially worse.
Tip for consumers:
It's hard to believe they would let an old man go without his stairlift for this long. I mean thats pretty dangerous and inconsiderate if you ask me.
