Went in for consultation, ask for twist or kinky twist, made appt. The stylest got her that is all ready curly my hair is short their for it does not hold to make the hair stay in she use rubber band then crochet the hair to my hair which is individuals braids. I did not know this until later this is bad for my hair damaging-3 days later my her is coming out the braids her sliding out 4 day go speak with stylest she offerd me $30 dollars back out of $200 - the so call manger was hostile angry combative I would not because I ask for half my money minus the hair( 25)for hair $, 90 to me not sure why the Manger was upset my demeanor was calm. To ashame to post my hair looks a mess
