I live in Northern Ireland and there are no shops to leave my handbag into on the website it offers a free DPD label to post to them Then they said it was only for GB, which it doesn't say on the website The first time it happened they gave me free postage
They have refused to do it again and up until the end of the week it was still on their site now it's been amended to say GB the photos I'm adding show what was on the site until recently
Have also read the small print that if selling your bag incurs customs charges you have to pay them If I am buying something from outside the UK if there are customs charges I as a buyer am liable to pay them The seller doesn't
Handbag clinic is beginning to seem like a con They only offered me half the price I paid for a mulberry handbag which was never used and is in pristine condition Sell your bags to a reputable company
Gave 2 bags for restoration and 1 for re-colouring. With delays and reminders finally got 1 restored (scratches removed). 1 was treated only on one side and scratched side remained untouched. As per re-colouring, they refused to do it (long after I paid). Promised refund never appeared. All above can be supported by emails, screenshots and receipts. This company and its head Mr Mark Talbot Holmes should be avoided.
Emailed with pictures, receipt etc of my immaculate bag which hasn't been used. They claim to get you upto 80% of the value. Cowboys offered me a THIRD of the value. A day later went elsewhere and was paid more than double what these robbing swines offered me. Avoid them

I purchased a bag from this company to receive it within 24 hours for my wife's wedding anniversary. It was a it was our 34th wedding anniversary and they told me that I would receive it before 12 the very next day. Unfortunately I did not receive this till 48 hours later so therefore we did not receive on my wife's wedding anniversary In the meantime, the company, Inc, 11% discount, I tried to call them when we never received it, but unfortunately nobody works over the weekend when I spoke to them on the Monday and explained that I never received and ask them, because on the Friday and on the Saturday when I received you at Inc, 11% discount, this would've been a £600 reduction they told me I'm sorry even though I didn't receive it, I made the purchase prior to the 11% I've been introduced, even though I never received the bag when they said for the wedding anniversary terrible company no communication telling you anything to get your money. Even although I purchased the bag on the 11th of the 11th 23, the email came through. Thank you for your purchase 11th 09 2023 absolute shambles

I sent my expensive bag to handbag clinic to have the colour on the corners touched up and the handles repaired.
They took several weeks longer than the stated time for the repair and when I received it back the entire bag had been recoloured and all the lustre of the original finish of the leather was gone. I contacted Handbag Clinic who said their repair was fine. They have no concept of "the customer knows best" nor do they care about customer satisfaction. I paid them over £200 and they ruined a very expensive handbag. I would avoid them at all costs.
