I bought a lovely yapping toy dog for my little boy from hamleys online and the quality fat surpassed the price. The shopping experience on the site was fast and easy, as was delivery and the toy dog was the nicest looking one I have seen anywhere - will definitely shop again.
Bought a PS5 almost a month ago Bought a PS5 almost a month ago. Didn't get delivered by 5 days (was supposed to be 3) nothing, called them they said they'd call back, they didn't. Called them again two days later, they said they'd call back, they didn't. A week after that I get a tracking email... wait for it to be delivered and on day of delivery all they've sent is the controller charging wires Order #000334325
Opened before wrapping as a present. Thank god I did. The Harry Potter wand was in pieces. I didn't order series 5!
Possibly check your labelling as courier service obviously chucked the thing about. I'm not a happy bunny

I bought a jigsaw puzzle (Webby, wooden) online, and Hamleys sent a wrong item. Despite many email exchanges and phone calls, no action has been taken by Hamleys till date. Please do not buy anything online from Hamleys! Complete cheats!
