Bought a PS5 almost a month ago. Didn't get delivered by 5 days (was supposed to be 3) nothing, called them they said they'd call back, they didn't. Called them again two days later, they said they'd call back, they didn't. A week after that I get a tracking email... wait for it to be delivered and on day of delivery all they've sent is the controller charging wires
