IT WAS DIFFICULT TO LOCATE WHERE AND HOW TO REMOVE A PRODUCT ONCE I SELECTED IT. I HAD TO JUST CLOSE OUT MY PAGE AND WAIT TO GO BACK IN TO REORDER EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. AT ONE TIME, THERE WERE 2 ORDERS BEING PROCESSED AT T HE SAME TIME SO I CLOSED OUT THE PAGES AND CAME BACK SOMETIME LATER AND PLACED MY ORDER WITH NO PROBLEM. ALSO, I HAD TO ADD MY ADDRESS AGAIN AS A NEW ADDRESS TO GET MY APARTMENT # TO TAKE IN YOUR SYSTEM. IT SHOWED IT WAS THERE BUT FOR BILLING AND SHIPPING ONLY THE STREET ADDRESS SHOWED AND NOT MY APARTMENT # WITH IT.

difficult to understand, how to order in different countries, and a product I wanted is not available

For some reason I had major problems trying to enter an email. it kept saying it was already in use. Then other times it would say something was wrong with it. I ended up stop trying for a few days.

Easy.cool..First time ordering and if everything go smoothly with my purchase would def recommend to others.

I forgot my password, b/c it has been a while since my last order. The temp. Passwords I was given, I was having trouble connecting. I hope I did not lose my points that I earned in the past.

This is my 2nd bottle of Hairfinity. No real results yet. I combine this with Hairfinity's Damage Defense and the Volume Builder.

I have placed 3 orders in the last 30 days. One of the products had broken top. I followed protocol and included my original shipping label so they had all the information. Good thing I got tracking on the package because although it was returned. They never issued a refund and only because I called to follow up instead of issuing a refund they want to ship another one. I'm trying to figure out why that wasn't offered when I returned it. And it took me calling to get anything while they sit on my money.

Have purchased from you all and have experienced hair growth looking forward to receiving my products soon

Looking forward to using this product line. Due to aging, stress and lack of care, my hair is thinning rapidly. Hoping this restores volume and strengthens hair.

I have purchased before and I've seen more hair loss than growth .i no longer have edges and my hair is so thin it looks like I have bald spots. So I'm not giving up at this point and trying antibreakage products to see if it helps

Your website causes some frustrating to navigate through. It took me all day to realize the issue the site was prompting me to see. The "gray" asterisks noting something is not in stock needs to be enhanced & more bold or actually state what's not in stock. YoU should also include a "notify me" when available option so your true customers have the first option to purchase when you are restocked.

I've been buying these pills over 5yrs now just wish offered more deals or discounts for customers like myself

I ordered on 6/10. I paid $25 for 3 day shipping and received my item late. I was not sent tracking information but received an email that my package was on the way. I reached out to customer service and I was sent tracking information and noticed that my package was not going to arrive outside of the time frame of 3 days that I paid for. The representative told me that I was incorrect and I requested a refund for shipping and she refused to compensate me even though I explained to her my item was not arriving on time.I did not receive my item in 3 days I received it in 5 days which is unacceptable that I was charged I was told that I would receive a complimentary bottle of vitamins instead of a shipping refund for the inconvenience after calling and speaks no with another customer service agent. The agent stated my item should have been sent via up s and was sent Usps by fault of the company which is unacceptable. I am dissatisfied with the service I received.

The tracking number for my order didn't work because the barcode on the envelope was illegible, due to all the creases and bumps obtained during transport (if the wrapping had been more suited, size wise, to the content this would presumably not have been an issue).

The out of stock orders should show as "out of stock" before being able to place in the shopping cart. I kept getting an error message when trying to place my order not knowing which item was out of stock because I had several in my cart.

The first time, I never received my last package. Don't really trust USPS. BUT.. I'm trying it again with insurance. Got my second package. Now I'm waiting on my third. Even with the list I'm still buying this product because I LOVE IT!

If you start a cart and then have to go away for a matter of time it erasing everything! That is so annoying!! It too me 4x to check out because of this. I almost just said forget it and didn't buy the product.

The price was almost deterring. If the product does not meet immediate and substantial expectations in comparison, I will not be purchasing in the future.

I mean so far I heard there really good pills but I have not gotten a chance to be consistent on them however they smell really healthy nd ima do a biotin vs these

underwhelming and disappointing. why didnt you show price with tax from the beginning? very aggravating. why is shipping so expensive?

I got what I wanted, so I'm happy. Didn't really enjoy the lack of shipping info regarding my order though.

I had a good experience shopping on the website. Hopefully the product works and if it does, I will be back to shop more.

Ordering was fine, but using the coupon code was pointless because the tax and shipping bring the price right back up. So, it seems like the discount is irrelevant.

Shipping took FOREVER. That sucked. But other than that, the experience was meh'.
