My website chat, two emails, Colorado attorney general complaint, and Better Business Bureau could not, combined, entice Haircut.com to respond to me. Finally, I filed a complaint with my credit card and got my money back. They told me to keep all correspondence for 90 days; I did that and also kept the horrible product in case they authorized a return. At the end of 90 days, I threw the device in the garbage. That's a wrap. Apparently, the only employee is the one who sends out the product.

Freshly out of the box, I tried to use the BumbleBee DIY hair-cutting device. It yanked my hair and wrapped it around the spinning shaft; I needed help to turn off the machine because my hands were engaged in keeping my hair on my head. Then, my friend had to cut my hair out of the device.
I have left a message on the website, followed by two emails. Today I filed a complaint with the Colorado AG, and left a BBB review. Still I do not even have the satisfaction of a response.
Seriously, keep your hair on your head and avoid this torture device at all costs.
