I must highly recommend this fair service. They did a fantastic job at recovering my files which got damaged. I had some stressful situations going on and they were so patient with the work. The staff members seemed legit, not just classifying the problem and charging not without good response. I must commend them for recovering my damage files on my hard drive.

The way it worked is this. They scanned my phone for what the virus was, told me how to fix it and then did it. I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me. I had a virus on my phone and I don't know how it got in.

There are so many solutions to try today that have all the same features. I just wanted to say that Hack Wizards actually assisted me with the application to keep track on any device. They are truly professional and great with the service. I know it's best, to let you all know.

I inquired with hack wizards through their website, on email and through their whatsapp. Asked me to pay them through Western Union and set it up for cash pick up. They told me they would set me up with a hacker in Ukraine, the guy said he was from Malaysia. They were set up to do an IP trace on a negative review through indeed. The communication was good in the beginning, said that the Hacker was working on it, kept telling me the project would be delivered in 24 hours, a week passed by and he ended up blocking me, completely scammed me out of $500. They never delivered, never offered a refund, completely ghosted me. Stay away, complete scam, they are not ethical hackers and do not know what they're doing. In a message he told me to not report them, or I would not like what would happen to me, issuing threats.

Contacted them, and paid 1/2 of the fee upfront. They failed to deliver, instead, they asked for more money, for which I declined since I have not even tested what they did. Their server kept failing to connect and they blamed it on my internet usage, I switched to using my VPN and they said I should pay for damages. I am like are you kidding me?
They are not timely, poor customer service - they do not respect the time that they have projected and id they are late, they do not apologize.

I will gladly recommend to anyone will to take a leap of faith on trusting this service. You have no doubt or worries to get what you want. I surely am appreciation and feel bless

Copy pasting my review from TrustPilot. Don't trust this site. When i contacted them on whatsapp they were incredibly rude. "Sorry, we can't help you." Then responded to one of my texts asking if there was another hacker able to help, since they advertised having multiple professional hackers on their site, responding with "and then what?" When i didn't respond for a bit because i was confused, they followed that up with, "Did i make cry?" Last thing i responded with was "What?" Then they blocked me. Even when i emailed them they never responded.

If you can't handle when customers ask questions or having basic conversation, then you shouldn't be trying to advertise a site and claim to have 24/7 customer service. Or for that matter, even make a site for hacking if you immediately respond to a customer asking for what you advertised with "Sorry, we can't help you."

One person does not speak for the whole company. If you couldn't forward me to these other well known hackers, and get so angry that quickly when asked about it, then it's proof enough that it's a scam and that you're all liars caught red handed.

They have horrible customer service and probably scammers too. Don't buy into
