“No money after 9 months”

I visited this site to sell my old mobile phone I sent off the invoice slip with it in Feb 15. In May they emailed me to say it was worth half of what they originally offered, by September I had not received any money, so I emailed again. I got an email back from me a lady called Aoife, telling me she would chase up the finance team, I have emailed again since then with no response.
Stick to envirofone or a similar site. These guys are a joke!

hi im thinking of selling vast collection of cds how do I get a price on them from you guys to you call to home over 200 cds also how long does payment take as I red on comment board some guy waiting 9mths for money for mobile phone he sod GyG
