I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the abysmal service provided by GuruIPTV. My service has been completely off for a full week, and my experience with their customer service and tech support has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The issue: A week-long service outage
My service has been down for over seven days.
The problem is not a general outage affecting all customers, but appears to be selectively targeting specific users, which is concerning and frustrating. The customer support runaround
I have contacted GuruIPTV's support team repeatedly over the past week.
Every single time, I have been given the same empty promise: "Give us some time, someone will call you within 24 hours."
Not a single person has followed up or called me back. This shows a complete disregard for customer issues and a lack of accountability. The tech support black hole
The promised "technical support" is non-existent.
Despite being "aware of my issue," the company has made no concrete effort to resolve it.
There has been no communication, no diagnostics, and no genuine effort to get my service back online. Recommendation
I strongly advise anyone considering GuruIPTV to look elsewhere. The unreliability of their service and the utter failure of their customer and tech support to address problems make it clear that this is not a service provider to be trusted. Once they have your money, they will leave you to deal with any issues on your own.
Guru IPTV does not work at all. Do not waste money. I think they oversubscribed than their limit. Last one year, I was never able to watch any channel properly. Called them various times but the problem does not seem to be resolved. Overall the channels works now and then. You cannot watch news or sports channel as it won't work most of the time.

I had service with Guru IPTV since 2019 and they have provided excellent service to us. I recommended their service to all my friends and they all got this subscription and working out really good for everyone.
Never seen such a bad service. Will not renew with them. They charge for many years upfront and I got sucked into it.
Will switch to American TV service
Buffering all the time. Waste of money. Bad customer service. You get 24*7 support until you subscribe. After that you are on you own and will soon realize that this is waste of money.
Never get into trap with this service. They dont have enough content also their customer service is very bad. I called many times and they say I will get call back in 2 hours. But no call at all. Also they promised that if we dont like service within 15 days they refund fee but its lie.
They charge you for 3 years upfront and remote stopped working after 5 months!
Every 3 months we have to buy remote for $25!
Other than yearly plan, $100 per year is mandatory!
Such a rip off
The picture freezes and goes blank. After wasting several hours on phone, I was told to increase the internet speed to 100 mgbs. I did that and still the same problem. The technician didn't call as promised. Had to call several times to get a call. Talked with Technician again, rebooted the box and internet modem several times per his instructions and no improvement. I would like to return the equipment shipping prepaid and get my money back.
I have been using Guru IPTV for 3 years now. Recently, i got another setup box for India setup in March. Before purchasing i specifically asked if IPTV worked in India. The Sales team kept saying IPTV works perfectly in India and they have multiple India located customers. I installed this in India in March. Since installation the IPTV has not worked. I have called Guru iptv 10+ times in last month. Each time the operator says some one from technical team will call and help fix it. It's been close to one month and no one from Guru IPTV called back. First, they said it was a problem with my internet speed. After increasing internet speed it still didnt work. The next excuse was that its a problem with ISP firewall. The ISP came home and checked Firewall and there was no issues. This time they said its a problem impacting all of India. The service levels of this provider has dropped tremendously that they resort to lying to make sales. Dont trust these guys especially their Sales & Support team. There are many other IPTV providers who do business based on honesty and trust. Guru IPTV better fix the issue or refund the $300 charged for the new set top work which does not work. Guru IPTV has bad service and worst customer service. I prepaid for their service for 5 years and after one month I started having issues with buffering on live channels and shows/movies in the video club. Whenever I call them they say they are fixing it but have been facing this issue since September. I asked for refund in December and they said they will call me back in 15-20 mins and they never did. I called them more than 15 times in the last 2 months and they haven't refunded the amount yet.
Also I had requested for some movies and shows to be added (as promised during signing up for their service that they can add movies/shows that we would like) and called for that more than 8 times and they still haven't added it.
Don't sign up for their services at all. Worst IPTV service ever.
I bought a 5-year connection from them in Oct 2021 and they gave 1 year service as free. The device they gave me stopped working after 2 years of service. When contacted, they refused device replacement stating that the device has 1 year warranty. They asked me $110 more for device upgrade. When asked for refund, they FLATLY DENIED it citing NO such policy.
During service sell-off, I was promised that I can get refund WHENEVER I wanted if the user is dissatisfied with the service.

Their video club lags every single day and their live chat customers service is really peace a sh**t. I would never ever buy any IPTV service or anything else …
After purchase Guru IPTV I called them like 50 times but still they didn't solve my problem I requested them please change my Box so they told me we can't change your box. So I said I will send you back please refund my money then also they told me sorry we can't refund your money. So they indirectly said we sold our IPTV to you now who are you we don't know.
Keep away from this Company. Server was down for 4 days from September 1,2023 to September 4,2023. Won't pickup the phone. Disabled contact feature and Chat. Remote won't work on Box. Box goes into language settings after 2-3 hours from whatever channel you were watching!
Everyday it shows "connection problem". Trashy customer service, long waits. Half of the day services are offline. Plus you spend 2-3 hours to restore the services everyday.
Waste of money, time.
I would give zero if present. The setup never works. Initially they used to provide technical support, which involves restarting multiple times. You get frustrated but they say do it do it. Waste of money. Never enjoyed. They say they replace the box if it doesn't work. They never do that.
Frequent server down. No turn back once you pay all money so go for other option whoc charge monthly fees and give you option to turn back
I purchased this box thru someone. I was having problem with some channels. Gave them the MAC ID # but no help was provided. HE was insisting under which name box is provided. I could not provide that name. There was no help even with MAC ID & serial # of the box

They are super prompt in sales and immediately will remit the payment and register you! We will think they are fast and then the nightmare starts after ordering.Shipment will take a week. Setup box didnt work...we call up customer service...poor audio.they;l troubleshoot,.call will get cut.again wel do this in loop 10 times.and then finally theyl say they replace the modem.But itl take 2 days to get shippign label.we have to ship and then then after 1 week theyl receive the fault y device...and then theyl take their own sweet time to intiate a replacemnet
