It would be nice if the website had let me find out how many of these items were in stock prior to placing my first order. I did not want to delay the order by requesting too many, so I only ordered two the first time. (This has happened to me before as they waited to ship until additional arrived to complete the order) Customer service did follow up with me and let me know how many were available so I placed a second order for additional parts. Price was fine, service was okay and the product shipped promptly and I received what I expected as well as when I expected it.

Good picture and description
I received the part on 3/11/2016 but it is not the right part. It looks for the most part the same as the one i am trying to replace however the original part has the mounting plate on the back whereas the part that you sent me has the mounting plate on the side nd t a different height. I tried to adapt it by attacheing a metal angle bracket to connect it to the burner and i did eventually get it to light the burner but s soon as the fan kicked in it would blow the burner out at which time the furnce just kept kicking in trying to relight the burner but with no success as long as the fan was blowing. I therefore need to return the part you sent me and get the correct part. What do i do?
