We appreciate all that you did! We needed the part overnight, so that's the only reason not happy with the full price paid, we had to pay the $82 for overnight on an $11 part, otherwise it would have been a reasonable shipping and part cost if it hadn't been necessary to have the part the next day. Thanks again! Great experience! Great price for parts and regular shipping costs :)

Very quick and easy ordering.
Order was either incorrectly delievered to wrong address or incorrectly scanned. Emailed for resolution and was told ill have to wait a few days to see if it comes. Terrible customer service. Other companies would have shipped out another part immediately and if second part came i would have happily mailed back.
