Seamless so far, although I don't like the identity confirming process through Experian. Experian has had data breaches and isn't trustworthy. There are other ways like uploading a picture id which is far more foolproof and doesn't open us up to further data breaches. Also, I do wish I can rent more than one bag especially when the bag I'm borrowing is one of the lesser expensive ones.

I ordered two "leather" purses on 12/30, sent several emails regarding delivery, as I watched the tracking info that did not make sense. Purses arrived 1/29 and ABSOLUTELY look plastic. You cannot make a scratch on this material and smells nothing like leather. Stitching is also not great. I will NEVER waste money with them again and will not take chances on unknown companies. Notice the difference in materials, real leather vs very this plastic like material of the green and black purses received from GROOVELY.

Please expect poor quality materials. If this is leather, I don't know what plastic is. Extremely thin and shiny.

I was so excited to receive these shoes and they are a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. The quality is awful. The inside came right out. Another review, regarding the same issue, had a response that stated "they are made that way (with a thin line of GLUE) so you can take it out and add different insoles". I have never ever seen that from a shoe EVER, unless it's garbage. The canvas is so so thin and I don't even know what material the sole is made out of. Definitely a glorified house slipper; if that. Cheap labor from China and marked up prices. SCAM.

Made a purchase and still have not received my order over a month later. No confirmation email for my purchase but the money was taken out of my account. Went to the site and was not able to track down any order information. Attempted to contact customer service twice and got no response. Scam company? Never buying anything off of Facebook again. These no name companies are scams. This is the third time I've not received an item ordered from advertising on Facebook.

Amazing company! The shoes I ordered didn't fit properly, so the company offered to send me new ones for free and encouraged me to donate the other pair to charity or a shelter! Customer support was super quick to reply and extremely helpful. Shoes came in good time (about 7-10 days) and we're really good quality!

I'm going to be recommending this company to everyone! Such a great place to grab some Christmas gifts! Thanks, Groove Bags!

These are by far the worst purchase I've ever made. The shoes are so cheaply made for the price I paid. $50 plus tax and shipping $61 for shoes that would be $5 at Old Navy! The sole is thinner than a flip flop. The back of the shoe is too low on the heel and slips off when I walk. I'm sure the sliding up and down will cause a blister on the back of my heel. They say to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery and they took 8 weeks. I was so excited to get sewing related shoes to wear when I meeting up with sewing friends. This will be a "lesson learned" for all of us.
My recommendation- stay away from Groove Bag

It took 4 months to receive my two pairs of shoes, after emailing the first month to cancel I was giving the runaround and they didn't reply till the 4th email then I requested my money back and yet no reply the shoes are poor quality I ordered 8.5 and they didn't fit it's like a size 7... awful product the pictures on the shoes are even smudged. Never ever will I ever buy from groove bags

I absolutely love my shoes *******@groovebags.com. The craftsman ship is beautiful. I had an issue with my first pair not fitting, so I emailed the company. The sent me a replacement pair in the correct size for free and they told me to keep the other pair. Amazing product, amazing people and great customer service! Highly recommend! They also send you the cutest stickers!

Insane cheaply made shoes. I did the BOGO and each pair isn't even worth 25 a piece. The bottom of them is foam, foam with grooves on it. The patterns are adorable and the sizing is correct for US sizing. Shipping took weeks since it comes from China even though the company claims it's US. Would be 100% satisfied if the shoes weren't so cheap.

They make it seem like they are a local company but they get all their stuff from China. I was upset when I paid $54 for a pair of shoes & saw it was being shipped from China. That means they pay maybe $5 and pocket the rest. It also means the shoes will be cheap. I ordered mid-July & I am am still waiting. It has been stuck in LA for days.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They both arrived with the inner soles already loose. The material is very cheap, especially the "rubber" bottom, and the bottoms are so slippery. I'm afraid to wear these to work (where we have tile floors), especially if it rains.
Overall, okay shoes, but definitely not worth the price, even with BOGO free.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in March and still have not received them. After asking for a refund, because I needed the money for work shoes, I was told over and over again about shipping delays and how they would refund me a 10 $ credit (which never happened by the way) and eventually ignored after asking AGAIN for a refund. I still haven't received my shoes and it's May 27,2029. I still need a refund, like now. They refuse to respond so I'm left with no option but to leave this review and warn others of their scam.

Yep, I'm one of those crazy cat ladies. So when I saw these cute custom cat shoes at Groove Bags, I had to not just purchase one, but two pairs. The first ones that arrived were a little on the large side since I have narrow feet but the company immediately got back to me and shipped out two more pairs the next day at no charge! I was blown away by their customer service. Shipping does take awhile and the shoes aren't super stretchy but they are still very comfortable to wear and so lightweight. I highly recommend this company.

Tip for consumers:
If you have narrow feet, order your regular size or even go down a half size. Otherwise, most reviews have suggested going up a half to full size.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I got the shoes less then a month ago and both of them are already falling apart. I have only worn them a handful of times. Not to mention that I had to wait two full months before I got the shoes. Did I mention that even fresh out of the box that the bottoms were not properly secured to the shoes?! Also there is NO traction on them. Not worth the money I spent on them, and definitely not worth the time I waited to get them.

I wanted to buy something Frenchie related for my sister so I googled Frenchie shoes and tote bags. Unfortunately this company came up and I started seeing all of the great (but absolutely false) pictures they have on their website. To say I was totally duped and bamboozled is an understatement. I read it was a small family based business out of Seattle, everything looked kosher, but I didn't do my research and look up reviews. As soon as I received an email that my shoes had been shipped from CHINA I knew something was going to be wrong. And good enough! When I finally received the "linen" tote bag I can attest to the fact that it is in fact one of those cheap toss away bags you get for free when a company, hospital, or institution wants to promote themselves. I get these types of bags for free every time I get my yearly mammogram. They look like they will fall apart after a couple of uses and definitely will not hold anything heavy. And as for the "canvas" shoes? Again, false advertising! The soles are made from some cheap styrofoam plastic lightweight material with no traction and the "canvas" is some type of synthetic material with shoddy glue holding things together. Plus at least 2 times smaller than advertised. I've reached out several times to return these pieces of crap and they don't offer return labels and a very small window for returns. With the global pandemic affecting shipping, I would have to pay $101.00 to return the 3 items I ordered for $79.00 and that are probably worth $10.00 all together. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to report them for false advertising, terrible products, and absolutely HORRIFIC customer service.

I ordered my sister in law shoes for her wedding day. They delivered them to West Virginia, the address is in Illinois. The customer service is crap. I am disputing the charge through my bank since I did not get the product.

I ordered a mask recently from Groove Bags. It is one of my favorites! Wearing a mask all day, many get hot and scratchy but this is soft and cool, stays up and doesn't make me sweaty. Definitely one of my favorite masks!

I also have a pair of their boots and two pair of sneakers, all very cute, comfortable and true to their size chart. Some shipments did take a little while, but it was worth the wait!

I ordered two pairs of shoes Mid-March. One month later, I asked for an update knowing most packages were not being delivered on time. I received an email saying my order was already en route from China, they have no control over what happens from there and due to this they would not give refunds either. It's the end of May, still no package and no more replies after repeated emails.

I finally received my shoes after waiting 3 months. Not only did they take forever but they are cheaply made. My husband got home before I did and he sent me pictures of the boxes they came in, they were beat up and almost in pieces. One of the pair looks like someone had orange something on their hands and touched the shoes. STAY AWAY

I will never order from them again. After more than one month, I have not received my order. More than half month no information been updated on the tracking number. Before you order, think more about when you can get your order. Btw, the website shipping time is not promising.

Be careful before you order anything! After more than one month I have no clue where my order was! I don’t trust them. The shipping time on website is a big joke! Don’t loose your money!!

I ordered these shoes in October (18th)and they said that it would be here around early to mid November, boy was that wrong they showed up December (21). They show off as a local family owned company but when I searched for the shoes they were shipping from China. The slip ons I get are not stretchy at all and one of my shoes came with some orange marks on them. I highly don't recommend unless you want to over pay, wait too long, and get poor quality products.

I ordered these sneakers back when the world was normal! In any event, the shipping took forever, but there was constant communication from GrooveBags which was very thoughtful! I took advantage of the buy one, get one 50% off sale. You cannot beat two pairs of adorable sneakers for the price! They are super cute and surprisingly comfortable! I only wish they were made in North America! Great product however!

This is not a local company like they try to advertise. Their products ship from China and when I was given this information I asked for a refund as we are in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis and will not be getting this product any time soon. They refused to give a refund and basically shrugged and said "not our problem." It's a scam!

I ordered four pairs of shoes from this company on April 16. This is July 1 and I still have not received them. I contacted the company on June 2 and was told that deliveries were slow because of COVID 19. I understand that, but this is ridiculous. I do enough online ordering to know the extra wait time due to the pandemic. Nemo could have swam the shoes over here by now.

If I have not received the shoes or a refund by Friday July 3, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
The CEO of this enterprise needs to either step down or get busy. Otherwise lackadaisical work standards and insufficient productivity are going to sink this ship. I would say that the Groove Bags corporation rates just under a corner lemonade stand managed by a seven year old and just above Nigerian phone scammers.
